In order to improve the company’s Productivity, Product Quality, Sustainability, Safety, Friendly Work Environment & Customer Satisfaction, we have introduced and implemented below measurements within the organization and towards its’ mechanism.

GMP Certification

Our institution is highly complying with quality standards & given measures for following at each task. As a startup company we have been given GMP (Good manufacturing practice) certificate 18 months of time since the establishment of the company as we have fulfilled the necessary requirement aligned with relevant criteria. This certificate is granted by the Ind-Expo Certification Limited.

Ind-Expo Certification Limited is a not-for-profit certification & Training Organization, established by the Ceylon National Chamber of Industries (CNCI) and the National Chamber of Exporters of Sri Lanka (NCE) as its Shareholders. It has been incorporated as a public not for profit limited liability company under the Companies Act No. 7 of 2007. Ind-Expo was supported by the United Nations Industrial Development Organization (UNIDO) under the project – “Strengthening the International Certification Capacity in Sri Lanka” within the Integrated Industrial Development Support Program Phase 11 with the auspices of the Ministry of Industrial Development.

Explaining further good manufacturing practices, a requirement for manufacturers of food items and other items to ensure good hygienic conditions to assure that the products are of acceptable hygienic conditions and required quality. The benefits of this certification are,

Scope of Coverage

In modern international trade it is becoming very significant for exporters to conform to Fair & Ethical Trading Practices, protection of environment and adhere to sustainable development to maintain a competitive advantage in the market.

Understanding the significance, National Chamber of Exporters of Sri Lanka (NCE) as a special service, issue the ‘Certificate of Ethical Trading’ to its Member Exporters who follow Ethical Trading Practices, Good Governance, and conformity to sound environmental and social practices based on below mention 08 Principles of Good Governance which have been developed by the Chamber.

Principle 1 – Trading Practices
To operate with concern for the social, economical and environmental well-being of Sri Lanka and prevent them been exploited for profit of others.

Principle 2 – Payment of Statutory Wages
Pay wages and statuary commitments to all its employees according to National requirements

Principle 3 – Child Labour and Forced Labour
Not employ anyone under the age of 18 and no involuntary, forced or bonded labour is used

Principle 4 – Non-Discrimination, Gender Equity and Freedom of Association
Not to support decimation on all aspects and provide equal pay & opportunities for women and men. Request Members to provide special training and encouragement to women to take leadership and provide harassment free work environment to all (women & men).

To provide a healthy and safe work place all its employees.

Principle 6 – Capacity Building
To develop management / technical skills for employees to create better productivity and opportunities in work place.
